Purchasing Cards (PCards)
Board policy authorizes the use of purchasing cards by staff for various individual district purchases of less than $200 as outlined in the Purchasing Card Manual. Staff need to be authorized users. Please review PCard User Manual through district TalentEd program. Upon user approval, you will be authorized to check out cards.
To successfully check out a card to make a purchase, you will provide the supervisor of the card the information about the purchase including the amount not to exceed (in $25 increments up to $200), brief description of item(s) to be purchased, and budget account number to be charged. Submit your request to checkout a card via the appropriate online form below.
