Boundary Exemption

If you live within the School District of Onalaska and wish to request that your child(ren) attend an elementary school other than the one you are assigned to by district boundaries (i.e. you live in the Eagle Bluff Elementary boundary but wish to attend Irving Pertzsch Elementary), you may complete the Boundary Exemption Form below.

This request does not guarantee placement in the school of choice. If approved, transportation is the responsibility of the parent.
