Enrollment for the 2013-14 school year for Onalaska School District residents has begun. Please click the link below for the kindergarten enrollment packet and district enrollment instructions.

**If you applied for Open Enrollment (closed 4/30/2013), we will begin accepting that enrollment paperwork once you receive written notice of approval, which will be postmarked by June 7, 2013. **

 

If your child is currently attending our 4K program (including our community partner students) you only have to complete the medical/dental/eye exam forms for kindergarten. Please follow the link below.
